Adult Website Offer Chelsea £40million To Become Their New Shirt Sponsor

Published on August 11, 2023 at 06:18 PM

Popular football club, Chelsea have been offered £40million to use adult subscription website My.Club as their shirt sponsor this season.

The Blues are currently without a sponsor for their jersey following the decision to end their association with telecommunications company Three.

That deal, which was worth £40million each year, was scrapped so that the Premier League side could go in search of a more lucrative sponsor.

However with days to go until the 2023/24 campaign gets underway, Chelsea remain without a deal in place.

This is after a proposed deal with streaming service Paramount+ was blocked by the Premier League due to Paramount being a competitor of their American broadcasting partner, NBC.

Gambling firm Stake were also considered, but with betting brands set to be banned from 2026, that deal was pulled, before Chelsea rejected an offer from Bayern Munich’s stadium sponsor Allianz

So far during pre-season Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been playing in their new kit without a sponsor on the front of the shirt as they frantically look for a deal to be put in place, even lowering their demands to £25million with the Women’s team included in the deal.

That has led My.Club, an adult premium subscription platform, to enter the race with a cheeky £40million offer which the company’s president, Mike Ford, believes could even be used for an audacious move for Kylian Mbappe.

Ford said: “We here at My.Club want to sponsor Chelsea as they look to improve on last season’s disappointment.

“We want to have the My.Club logo emblazoned on the front of Chelsea’s jerseys before the club kicks off its 2023 season against Liverpool.

“This contribution would work for both parties. For Blues, it will help to make perfect signings like Kylian.

“For us, it will ensure Blues fans have only two clubs to call ‘mine.’ It would be great having Mbappe, Mudryk and other Chelsea players sharing their training exclusives and hosting AMAs on My.Club, a platform for all creators.
