ANDRE ONANA has been spotted arriving at Manchester United training after he was dropped from the first team squad.
But the goalkeeper was seen driving into Carrington on Monday morning alongside a representative of his agency, Fali Ramadani's Lian Sports.
The Cameroon international was brutally axed in the travelling squad to Newcastle by Ruben Amorim after a horror performance against Lyon in the Europa League last Thursday.
Amorim said the reason for his was to help the 28-year-old clear his head after a string of errors and his wife, Melanie, being the victim of a violent street robbery in Alderley Edge recently.
Amorim had said: “It is a normal thing. Sometimes, you have to push the player to play again, sometimes you have to let him disconnect a little bit.
“Tomorrow, he will be in training to prepare for the next one [Lyon] so I felt that it was a good time for Andre to disconnect.
“I think he was okay [about it] because I explained and then, you don't need to like [it], but you understand because I explain every situation.
“It's a normal situation. You have to manage everything, sometimes people just look at the physical aspect but the mental aspect is really, really important.
“It's for just one game and we give Altay an opportunity, he deserves it also and then, again, tomorrow is a new life and we will prepare for the next one.”
However, his replacement Altay Bayindir fared no better than Onana on his Premier League debut as he made a huge gaffe of his own during Man Utd's 4-1 defeat.
THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY..
