ANDREW Tate has made a career out of peddling misogyny to impressionable adolescent boys â and is now facing a wave of allegations.
Here we get to know the toxic influencer’s ex-girlfriend Bri Stern, who accused Tate of sexual assault in March 2025.

Who is Andrew Tate’s ex Bri Stern?
Bri Stern was born on May 10, 2000, in St Louis, Missouri.
She is a model and social media personality, recognized for her cover girl appearances in high-profile publications including Playboy, Maxim and FHM.
Bri attended college in St. Charles before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her career.
She’s also an entrepreneur, starting and building numerous businesses in the marketing and beauty industries.
Her account boasts over 600,000 followers as of April 2025.
Bri and Andrew Tate started dating in June 2024 after meeting in Romania, where she had landed a modeling job.
Alleged assault
On March 11, 2025, Bri alleges that Tate assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel during a consensual sexual encounter that escalated into violence.
She claims Tate choked her until she nearly lost consciousness, despite her pleas for him to stop.
The 38-year-old former kickboxer is said to have fallen asleep following the alleged attack.
Bri claimed that Tate told her to “shut the f*** up b****” and said “you are my property” after the alleged choking â among other vile messages he allegedly sent.
These include: “You will give me a child this year b****. What's the point in having you if I don't beat and impregnate you.”
According to the complaint, Tate also once wrote to her: “You have an attitude because you're not hot enough”.
Following the incident, she documented her injuries and sought medical treatment, where she was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome.
Two days later, Bri is said to have left California for New York City, where she went to a hospital.
This is an attention grab by one of many people trying to hurt Andrew for one reason or another
Tate's lawyer Joseph McBride
She has since filed a lawsuit against Tate for sexual assault, battery and gender-based violence.
‘Fake news’
Tate's lawyer Joseph McBride described the allegations as “fake news” and vehemently denied the claims.
Just hours after the claims were made public, Tate posted a cryptic message on X saying, “I miss you too baby” followed by a heart emoji.

Mr McBride told Flying Eze: “It’s fake news, an unequivocally false story.
“This is an attention grab by one of many people trying to hurt Andrew for one reason or another.
“It’s sad and disappointing but it’s unequivocally untrue and defamatory and we look forward to clearing Andrew’s name in court.
“Without doubt we will sue for defamation.
“Who in their right mind after clearing himself of human trafficking claims in Romania would come to the other side of the world and commit a crime like that? It makes no sense whatsoever.
“There’s not a scintilla of truth to it and we will do what we have to do to protect Andrew’s interests in court.”;
