The terrifying footage shows Andrew driving at speed, swerving between lanes to avoid traffic.
Andrew is later seen standing on the side of a busy junction, after the car broke down.
The vehicle was then lifted onto a platform to be taken away for repair.
It is unknown if the car belonged to Andrew.
Andrew is facing a new police probe following the joyride.
A representative from the Bucharest Traffic Police told Flying Eze: “The officers from Traffic Police Bucharest identified the driver of the luxury car and started several checks, in order to establish exactly what happened and if one or several traffic rules have been broken.
“We will establish if there are measures to be taken or fines to be given in the following days.
“For the moment, we received two complaints at the police regarding the incident in which Mr. Tate was involved.”;
Andrew denied the allegations.
He told Flying Eze: “It [the video] was AI and made by Chat GPT, I would never speed.”;
The Tatesalso face separate charges in the UK of rape and trafficking.
They deny all of the allegations.
Andrew told reporters on Saturday: “We are inRomanialike I said I'd be because innocent men don't run from anything and we are here to clear our names.
“After all we've been through, we truly deserve a day in court.
“Anyone who believes any of this garbage has a particularly low IQ.”
The pair remain under judicial control, but can leave Romania whenever they want.
The only condition is they must come back when requested to check in with judicial authorities.
A source from Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) told Flying Eze: “There is no restriction on the length of stay of Tate brothers in Romania and abroad.
“In case they do not respect the request to come back for check in at the police, the judicial control will be clearly and legally replaced with one of the two following measures: house arrest or arrest.”
The source added: “Prosecutors are actually working at both files regarding Tate brothers, the case was not dropped after the file was sent back to DIICOT by the judges last December.”;
