Argentina vs France: The French team were poisoned before World Cup final – Piers Morgan

Published on December 18, 2022 at 10:10 PM

Former CNN host, Piers Morgan, has claimed that the France national team players were “deliberately poisoned”; before the 2022 World Cup.

Morgan made this controversial statement as Argentina raced into a two-goal lead in the first half.

Lionel Messi slammed his penalty past Hugo Lloris after Angel Di Maria was fouled by Ousmane Dembele inside the box.

Di Maria himself then finished off a fine counter-attack to make it 2-0.

Morgan then tweeted: “It wasn’t a virus, the French team clearly got deliberately poisoned.”;

For most of the week, French players like Dayot Upamecano, Raphael Varane and Olivier Giroud were struck down by a virus.

“We’ve had a few cases of flu-like symptoms. We are trying to be careful so it doesn’t spread and players have made great efforts out on the pitch and obviously their immune systems suffer,”; France coach, Didier Deschamps said.

It wasn’t a virus, the French team clearly got deliberately poisoned.
