Hit BBC daytime series pulled off air in major schedule shakeup with no idea when the show will return to screens

A HIT BBC daytime series has been pulled off air in a major schedule shake-up.

Morning Live debuted in October 2020 and usually airs on weekdays from 9.30am to 10.45am.

From next Monday (April 14), the show is nowhere to be seen on the schedule.

Rip Off Britain and Dr Xand's Con or Cure instead cover the usual timeslot.

Meanwhile, listings from April 21 to April 25 feature an empty 9.30am to 10.45am slot, saying “off air”.

Flying Eze Online has contacted the BBC for comment.

This is not the first time that Morning Live has been taken off viewers' screens.

Fans may recall the BBC took the daytime programme last year.

Beeb bosses took to social media last July to reveal that the show will be temporarily replaced.

The post read: “Here’s this week’s Strictly Fitness summer themed workout with Mr .

“ is on a break now. Join us on Monday 26th August from 9:30am for more Strictly Fitness.

“You can do all of the routines from this week in full & see how to do them sat down, on .”

Morning Live was also absent fromfor three weeks last year as show hosts went on their summer holidays.

Earlier this year, former Blue Peter star Gethin after his post teased an “engagement”.

The popularBBCpresenter shared a beautifully shot video on his social media account, where he appeared to pop the question.

However, the final moments of the video revealed it to be a promotional ad for Clogau.

The brand is known for their luxurious Welsh gold jewellery.

Gethin cheekily captioned the post: “She said yes (again!)” – an apparent nod to the ongoing joke surrounding his partnership with Clogau and his ‘work wife', model Nikki Chislett.

One fan wrote: “I always knew that you were a hopeless romantic.”

While another commented: “I most certainly wish this was really happening to you, Gethin, and a lucky lady she would be!”
