Bello Kaura, the notorious bandit leader who had long terrorized the people of Anka Local Government Area in Zamfara State, was killed during a recent ambush by the Nigerian Army.
The operation, which took place on Tuesday morning, successfully eliminated several bandits, including Kaura, whose criminal activities had caused fear and suffering in the region.
The news was revealed in a post by security analyst Bakatsine, shared on his official X handle.
Bakatsine confirmed that Kaura, a notorious figure in the region, was among those neutralized during the operation.
“Yesterday morning, the Nigerian Army launched an ambush on Bello Kaura’s camp in Anka LGA, Zamfara State. During the operation, they eliminated several bandits, including the notorious leader, Bello Kaura, who had long terrorized the people of Anka,”; he wrote.
