“Unless you go through your doctor, don't touch it. I nearly died. I lost my vision. My whole body shut down. People don't realise how dangerous these black-market jabs are,” she told OK!

Aisleyne, 46, also had a neck lift after almost dying from the fake diet jab, “because I kept seeing bad angles of myself in the press.”

The TV personality and Sun columnist rose to fame on the reality TV series and in 2006 and later became a regular on spin-off shows Big Brother’s Big Mouth, Big Brother’s Little Brother, and Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.

She has also appeared on many reality TV series such as Celebrity Coach Trip, Judge Rinder and First Dates.

Aisleyne spoke about her brush with death from the “fake Ozempic” and has been updating fans on her body transformation journey.

Ozempic and Saxenda two brand names for are a prescription injectable medication used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults. It is also known by its generic name, Semaglutide.

In 2023, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) warned people against “fake, potentially harmful Ozempic and Saxenda pens found in the U.K.”

“Buying prescription-only medicines online without a prescription poses a direct danger to health. The MHRA has received reports of a very small number of people who have been hospitalised after using potentially fake pens,” it said in a statement at the time.

Aisleyne has gone under the knife for a £10,000 Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, Botox, fillers and a breast augmentation with size 900CCC implants – which is the largest you can get in the UK.

“I thought it was the end of me. I thought I was going to die,” she toldFlying Eze's Fabulousmagazine, about the fake diet injection.

“It was awful. I was on my own and I couldn’t leave my bed for days.

“I had thrown up three buckets of vomit, then I had diarrhoea; I could barely make it to my bathroom.”

Aisleyne has been opening up on her diet jab ordeal and also dealing with a stalker ahead of the premiere of Celebrity Big Brother.

She had previously been the target of several disturbing incidents in recent years, including a perverted burglar who stole items of clothing, among them her underwear.

The reality star has also previously spoken about the terrifying moment she was held at gunpoint in 2017.
