After last night’s episode aired, which saw Mickey Rourke given a stern warning by Big Brother, fans questioned where David Platt star Jack P. Shepherd was.

Earlier this week, Jack's co-star Colson Smith revealed he told his pal before entering the CBB compound.

He immediately thought of Jack, 37 – who had come to watch him during the live show – and added: “If you're in the industry, it's such an interesting thing to do.”

Former Labour politician Ed then quizzed about his advice towards Jack and asked: “What did you say, did you say be yourself, keep a low profile to begin with, whats the strategy?”

Colson admitted: “I've given him plenty of advice to be fair, the main one was to go in and enjoy yourself because you only get to do a show like this once, so make the most of it.”

Yet talking of the key spot of intel, he added: “I did tell him to make sure he gets a bed, but he was the last into the bedroom last night.

“So I don't think he was even listening.”

His last action before entering the CBB compound was to turn the backs of his hands to the camera, raising both index fingers and fourth fingers up.
