The 24-year-old has made no secret of wanting to do more with her career, and her family is said to be concerned for her future and are ready to take action to protect her.
A source close to Ella said: “Ella’s mum Sonia is really furious about how she's being edited.
“She feels like they are making it look like Ella is jealous of Chris and JoJo's relationship, when she's made it clear she doesn't fancy him and knows JoJo has a partner.
“Sonia is saddened to see that the clips producers are including in the show are making Ella look miserable, when she's naturally a bubbly and fun character.
“She went on the show to elevate her career and friends and family are worried that she’s coming across badly. They fear it could have the opposite effect on her career going forward.
“Her loved ones have been voicing their frustration to friends, but are close to making an official complaint to CBB producers if things don't improve.”
