Published on October 07, 2023 at 07:11 PM

Kelechi Iheanacho was among the goal scorers as Leicester City continued their impressive form in the Sky Bet Championship courtesy of a 2-0 victory over Stoke City at the King Power Stadium.

Iheanacho opened scoring for the home side in the 24th minute with Ricardo Pereira providing the assist.

The 27-year-old has now registered a goal in his last three appearances for the Foxes.

The forward has scored four times in 11 league outings for Enzo Maresca’s side this season.

His compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi, set up Jamie Vardy for the second 11 minutes from time.

Ndidi has also provided an assist in each of his last three games for Leicester City.
