She recently had the procedure reversed

In the clip, she admitted, “I can't compose myself, I don't even know what I did.

“I'm more like emotional now than what I was when I had the surgery and I don't even know why this has just like come over it.

“Wow. I don't even know why I feel this emotional because I didn't feel this emotional when I was physically getting the surgery.”

Despite her tears, Chloe made it clear she was happy with the results, stating, “I'm happy about the result, I'm happy, I'm just in shock.”

However, the emotions continued to pour out as she attempted to explain how deeply the transformation had affected her.

She continued: “So, don't wanna cry. Don't even know why it's affecting us this much. I just, I've just like, I can't even get my words out. God, I don't know why it's affecting us this much.”

Chloe went on to describe how she compared her before and after photos, acknowledging that she is still healing.

She said: “So I've basically put like my before and after picture together, obviously I'm still swollen. I think I'm about just under two months post-op.

“So I'm still swollen, I go down, my bum goes down every single day. So I've just like compared photos and I just, I can't even get over it.”

Reflecting on her previous appearance, Chloe was overcome with disbelief, admitting, “I don't even know why I'm so emotional because I'm so happy with my results.

“But like, I just can't like. look at now, like how ridiculous I looked. I looked like that for so long.

“It's just really, really hit it hard. Like, I can't even.”

Chloe also posted a teary-eyed selfie from her bed, writing: “Just put my before and after picture together of my bum and I'm actually in tears.

“I don't know why it's affected me this much.”

The Newcastle lass previously showed off the changes to her body – confessing she had thought going under the knife would solve her problems.

She wrote: “For a long time, I believed that changing my body would bring me happiness but what I really needed, was to change the way I saw myself.

“The journey back to finding myself hasn’t been easy, it’s been emotional, very raw, and challenging but I know it’s the right thing for me.

“I’m learning to love myself in a whole new way, and I hope my story helps others think carefully about surgery.

“I also want to apologise to my younger self for putting you through all those emotions but today I am proud of myself & the woman I am truly becoming.”

Flying Eze revealed last month Chloe had got herBrazilian bum lift reversedafter checking into hospital for the procedure.

Since having her BBL in 2017,Chloehas become known for her curvy bum which was often the main feature of her selfies.

‘NEW CHAPTER'

Before having the reduction surgery, Chloe said she was looking for a “new chapter” in her life.

Speaking onPaul C Brunson‘sWe Need to Talkpodcast, the emotional star admitted she felt so low she “didn't want to be here”.

She told the Celebs Go Dating star: “I’ve been seeing a therapist.

“I always doubt myself and look in the mirror and say I don’t look nice today. I’m very mean to myself and I need to give myself a break.”

Chloe continued: “I felt like I was going through depression.

“The main thing is I want to love myself again. I’ve been rock bottom where I’ve felt I didn’t want to be here, that’s how bottom I was.

“I get scared of going back to that mindset … it was dark. I can’t go back to feeling like that.”

Chloe admitted she regrets the cosmetic surgery she’s had over the years, saying she wishes she’d never touched her body in the first place.

She said: “Listen, I hold my hands up – I made a mistake. I got surgery because I was insecure and felt ugly. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t have done it.”

What are Brazilian Butt Lifts and why are they so popular?

Buttock enlargement surgery – known as a Brazilian butt-lift (BBL) – is used to make the bum look bigger, rounded and lifted.

Surgeons transfer fat, inject filler or insert silicone-filled implants.

It is the fastest growing cosmetic procedure but also one of the most dangerous, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Many patients are travelling to the likes of Turkey or seeking out unregistered surgeons in the UK and are not given full information on the risks.

BBLs carry the highest risk of all cosmetic surgeries – with more than one death occurring per 4,000 procedures.

Due to celebrities undergoing such ops, many women are hoping to emulate their looks.

Consultant clinical psychologist Dr Anu Sayal-Bennett, a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, told the BBC: “Despite there being so much about body positivity, there are pressures for women – and men too – to look a certain way.”

Many people travel abroad for the procedure because it is cheaper and advertising is “terribly seductive”, combined with the idea of a beach holiday, added Dr Sayal-Bennett.
