Shocking moment cop is seen URINATING on stranger’s garden fence in full view of homeowner

THIS is the shocking moment a policeman can be seen urinating on a stranger's garden fence.

Gobsmacking footage uploaded today shows an officer taking a leak in full view of the homeowner, without their permission.

The police officer was filmed urinating against a garden fence
He stands just a short distance from surrounding homes and a road
A sparse bush separates him from a driveway

In the video, uploaded to X, formerly known as Twitter, a horrified homeowner films the cheeky cop.

He stands with his back to them while urinating on their garden fence.

Beyond the fence, surrounding houses look on, while a sparse bush serves as the only barrier between him and the driveway.

At one point, the cop turns to the side to glance over the fence, revealing him to be wearing glasses.

The caption for the video reads: “This Avon + Somerset Police officer is urinating in a member of the public's garden without their permission, while on the property – in Taunton – to investigate what the force called allegations of a ‘very serious crime‘.”

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “We are aware a video has been posted on social media relating to the behaviour of one of our officers within a private garden in Taunton.

“Our Professional Standards Department was immediately notified after this was raised with us yesterday.

“A public complaint has been received.

“The officer in the video has been identified internally and he has given an initial account around the circumstances.

“We understand the incident took place over the weekend while the officer was on duty.

“We'd please respectfully ask people do not begin to speculate around the events that led up to this incident while our professional standards review is ongoing.

“We expect the highest level of professionalism and diligence from all our officers and staff when on duty and would like to reassure the public this incident is being looked into.”;

WEE-LY MIXED OPINIONS

Stunned social media users have flocked to the comment section.

One person wrote: “The woman that lives in her house buried her cat in this spot.

“I don't understand why he couldn't just politely ask to use the toilet?!”

The same user declared their support for the homeowner filming, without such evidence could have led to the cop “denying” it, she wrote.

She added: “His behaviour is disgusting.”

Then a second person commented: “Disgusting. No respect.”

Meanwhile other social media users backed the cop.

One person wrote: “Not knowing the full context but he’s found a corner so he’s not exposed to anyone.

“Possibly cats, dogs and other living beings have done the same in that spot. Slightly crude but needs must sometimes.”

Followed by another of similar opinion: “Perhaps he needs to urgently empty his bladder and can't use the bathroom (forensics).

“I don't know. What I do know is you have violated his privacy and if you were so upset should have just had a word with him or his supervisor.

“Hope your ‘likes' and voyeurism were worth it.”
