Fans have been left thrilled by his casting as Bill took to to share snaps from Casualty.

It’s currently unclear as to who Bill will play but he recently shared a behind the scenes snap of him getting into character as he wore an NHS pass around his neck.

He also shared another snap that showed him donning some special effects make up for what looked to be a dramatic episode.
