Devastated Coronation Street stars beg CBB viewers to save Jack P Shepherd as he gets EIGHT nominations and faces axe

JACK P Shepherd's Coronation Street co-stars have rallied around him as he faces eviction from Celebrity Big Brother.

Veteran actor received eight nominations from his and could be booted tonight after a public vote.

But he faces eviction just four days after entering the house

But his Corrie buddies have pleaded for the public to keep him in the CBB house.

Julia Gouldingwho plays Jack's on-screen wife Shona Platt, took to Instagram to declare she was voting to keep him in.

“I'm voting to keep [Jack] in! He's mint!” Julia wrote alongside a selfie of the pair together.

The next actress to throw their support behind Jack was Samia Longchambon,whose Maria Connor character has worked with Jack's David Platt role for years.

“Didn't think I'd be posting this just yet but drop a vote for our [Jack] to stay in the @bbuk house a bit longer please guys,” Samia wrote on Instagram and posted a photo of her with Jack.

She added: “We definitely haven't seen the best of him yet!!”

Another Corrie star who appeared on CBB, Colson Smith, shared a screenshot on his social media showing he had voted for Jack to stay in the house.

Colson was a runner-up on CBB last year.

“Give the boy a chance!” Colson captioned his post.

The pleas were not just restricted to Corrie stars, but also came from actors on another ITV soap.

Emmerdalestar Danny Miller begged for his followers to keep Jack in.

“Vote to save our [Jack]. He's biding his time, you won't regret it,” he wrote on Instagram.

Jack and politicianreceived the most nominations from their housemates ahead of Friday's eviction.

Actor is also facing the chop.
