CAST members from a classic ITV drama have reunited 14 years on – as they're starring in Coronation Street together.
Period medical drama The Royal – a spin off of Heartbeat – aired between 2003 and 2011.



Over a decade after its cancellation, a trio of former cast members are back together on the famed cobbles.
shared a snap on X featuring himself, Amy Robbins and Natalie Anderson.
He penned: “When shall we three meet again?” The last time we were all together was 18 years ago on ‘The Royal'.
“So lovely to now be having a little reunion on the cobbles. #Corrie with Amy Robbins & Natalie Anderson.”
One fan commented: “Hope Natalie Anderson has a long stay on the street.”
Another penned: “Amy should be in permanently she lifts the spirit. Let her buy the Rovers from Carla?”
While a third remarked: “I’ve just watched all episodes of The Royal loved it x”.
A fourth wrote: “I knew I'd seen her before. Thank you for that. Loved The Royal.”
Tony, 57, ‘s George Shuttleworth since 2020.
Back in 2007, he appeared in four episodes of The Royal as a character named Jimmy Beatie.
As for Amy Robbins, Corrie viewers know her , mum to Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan)
She starred as a GP, Dr Jill Weatherill across all eight series of The Royal.
Amy, 54, appeared alongside real-life husband Robert Daws, with their characters also marrying.
Lastly, Natalie Anderson, 43, played nurse Stella Anderson in The Royal from 2005 to 2008.
The star – who also played Alicia Gallagher in – recently made her cobbles debut as Danielle Silverton.
