It has a massive 10-litre capacity (my current air fryer has a 5.2L pot), and like all thebest air fryers,it's multi-function, with settings for bake, roast, grill, reheat, dehydrate, and the obligatory air fry.
I hardly use my oven these days, instead opting for the air fryer as it’s so much quicker.
It also uses less energy, meaning it can save money in the long term, which is something I’m very conscious of, the cost of living being what it is.
I mean, I’d rather spend my cash on something lovely than hand it over to the electricity company when I don’t have to, any day.
And they’re not just for chips â though I do use mine for this. A lot.
Thanks to the different programmes, you can cook meals from scratch, even bake cakes in an air fryer.
That’s something I have never done... until now.
Read on for my thoughts about Cosori’s new rose-gold Dual Blaze Twinfry.

Large and clear digital display
Six programmes
Match and sync functions
No need to flip food
Looks good
Cons:
Takes up a lot of space
Rather heavy
Expensive
Rating: 9/10
How I tested the Cosori Dual Blaze Twinfry Air Fryer
I used the Cosori Dual Blaze Twinfry as I would any air fryer, cooking a variety of foods and meals with it.
Some things went in straight from the freezer, and other dishes I made from scratch, including jacket potatoes, vegetable curry and toasties.
I also tried baking in the air fryer, which was new for me, but I was intrigued to see whether a cake would come out as well as it does in a regular oven.
Cosori Dual Blaze Twinfry review: Quickfire Q&A
The banana bread is a little overdone, but not bad for a first attempt!
Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer in Rose Gold, £199 (was £229)
How much is the Cosori TwinFry Dual Blaze 10L Air Fryer? It costs £229 RRP from the Cosori website, but Currys is currently offering a special launch deal with £30 off, making it £199.
Who is it best for? This is a large air fryer, so it’s ideal for families, but equally, if you’re single and tend to regularly cook in your air fryer rather than your oven, you’ll love this.
What we loved: The space and the ability to cook two dishes at once (my current air fryer only has one cooking compartment). I also the Sync function, which ensures everything is ready at the same time.
What we didn’t: It’s heavy, takes up more space than my existing air fryer, and it’s expensive.
Cosori Dual Blaze Twinfry review: The Nitty Gritty
First impressions?
The synch function times everything for you
Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer in Rose Gold, £199 (was £229)
The air fryer arrived in a massive box, but happily, it was just well-padded for transport.
Once unpacked, it looked much more manageable, but nevertheless, it is one big beast and needs plenty of counter space.
I was immediately drawn to the digital display, which is lovely and clear to read.
My existing air fryer is top-opening, so I have to balance it on the very edge of the kitchen worktop â otherwise, it catches on the wall unit. Thankfully, this one has a drawer, eliminating that issue.
The Dual Blaze is quite heavy, but despite having almost double the capacity of my previous air fryer, it doesn't seem to weigh too much more.
The basket can be used as one ‘grand zone' or as two separate cooking chambers for different programmes at different temperatures â simply insert the metal divider to split.
I like that there are four heaters â one top and one bottom in each zone â so if you’re only using one half of the drawer, you only need two of them (or one if you’re grilling), which is much more efficient.
This being my first two-section air fryer, I also really appreciate the Sync function.
It enables me to cook different foods in each zone with different programmes, at different temperatures and for different amounts of time â yet everything is ready together.
I never get cooking timings right, so this just does away with the need to! Wonderful.
Does it deliver?
As an air fryer it does what it says on the tin. But it’s the other stuff that elevates it above the versions I’ve used in the past.
The two-drawer design is so practical, not just because you can cook different foods, but because you can also keep them separate as you do so.
If you have a fussy eater in the family then you know what I’m talking about.
If you need a bigger space â say for a large Sunday roast â then all you do is remove the divider and voila!
I’ve already mentioned the Sync function, and that has to be my favourite feature.
I haven’t really used the match function, which copies the settings across both baskets so you can cook larger quantities.
I don’t see the point â just remove the divider and use the grand zone, surely â but perhaps I’m missing something.
You can control the temperature and cooking times manually once you’ve selected a programme, which is useful if, like me, you like your food very well done.
Quick tea with crispy chips â and no need to shake or turn them
Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer in Rose Gold, £199 (was £229)
I’m pleased to say the Dual Blaze comes with an instruction booklet (rare these days), so there's no need to download one from the website.
There’s also a recipe leaflet with a QR code to scan for access to 20 starters, mains and desserts for your Cosori air fryer.
Even better, download the VeSync app for loads more recipes, as well as the functionality to control the appliance from your phone.
Once you've got the app, you can select one, two or grand zones, choose programmes, adjust timings, change temperatures and end programmes.
Just think, you can now do all this from the sofa while watching Emmerdale.
It’s a great air fryer for families because it’s so big, however, I would argue it’s also ideal if you live alone because you can cook a full meal across the two drawers.
Trying the bake function was novel. I’ve never made a cake in an air fryer before, so I wasn’t sure if it would be a success or something I’d never want to do again.
I made banana bread â the grand zone is easily big enough for a loaf tin. It came out so well that I then tried my hand at cookies, and they were delicious, too.
I know there are loads of accessories you can buy for your air fryer, but if some of the stuff you have in your kitchen cupboards fits anyway â like small cake tins and baking trays â then it makes sense to use them and save your money.
How much is the Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer?
As air fryers go, the Cosori Dual Zone TwinFry is not cheap.
It will usually set you back £229 on the Cosori website, but currently there’s a £30 discount at Currys bringing the price down to £199.
For the size and functionality though, I think it’s worth it â especially if you’re going to be using it regularly as I do.
There's also an argument to be made that you'll save some money on energy in the long run, but realistically, it'll take a long time for you to make back almost £200. If you're buying an air fryer as a money-saving exercise, a cheaper model is the way to go.
Where to buy the Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer
Currently, Currys is the best place to purchase the Cosori Dual Blaze Twin Fry in Rose Gold as there’s £30 off, though of course you can also buy it from Cosori.
Alternatives to the Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Air Fryer
There are hundreds of air fryers on the market, so you’re not short of alternatives.
However, there are fewer that offer the same sort of versatility, that allow you to cook in one large drawer, two smaller drawers, or just one smaller drawer.
Ninja’s Foodi FlexDrawer Dual Air Fryer 10.4L has the same kind of set up, where you can remove the divider to create one large zone or pop it in for two separate cooking zones.
It costs £249.99 so is a little more expensive than the Cosori model.
It’s no more expensive than other air fryers of the same size with the same number of settings and handy things such as the Sync feature.
Having a drawer air fryer makes my life easier because I don’t have to worry about wall cupboards getting in the way when I open them, which is a problem with my current model.
The extra capacity compared to my existing air fryer is wonderful, and even though I’m an empty nester these days, I still manage to use all of the space.
I also love the flexibility to be able to swap between two drawers, one drawer or one large cooking space and I can’t see myself going back to an air fryer that offers anything less.
