“What I moved into vs what I've achieved so far,” she said.
“Such a long way to go still but here are some before and afters. The garden and drive were also awful.”
At the start, Louise's house was a mishmash of different furniture that didn't match and the walls were a boring beige colour, but she has since it into a luxe paradise with bargain buys.
The mum of four boys said: “I'm going to show you how I've done everything in my house on a budget.”
She first showed off the hallway and revealed she made a gallery wall on a budget by getting prints from and frames from .
The mum managed to pick up a small white fluffy rug from B&M for just £8, which she put with her arch mirror from .
Next, she moved on to the front room and dining area.
Louise had chosen a Scandi-modern home, mixing raw wood with neutral colours and adding depth with texture.
She had a giant solid wood table for the family to sit on, which originally cost £340 from .
But instead of paying full price the money-saving mum decided to search for it on Marketplace and grabbed it for just £50 instead.
She also pulled the same trick with her massive corner sofa which cost £3,000 from Next.
The bargain hunter instead found it on Facebook and paid just £200 for the entire thing.
“My sofa is a £3,000 sofa from Next,” she said.
“However, as we know, I love a bargain. I found this on Facebook Marketplace for £200.
“I went and picked it up, gave it a deep clean. It was in pretty good condition anyway, but, yeah, beautiful.”
Louise took viewers around the rest of her council home and as she did she shared her favourite ways to bag bargains.
Beautifully done.
