Couple ‘seen dropping rubbish bag on street’ hours before dead baby found at same spot in Notting Hill, witness says

A COUPLE “dropped a bag” hours before street cleaners found a dead baby “next to a bin”, a witness claimed.

Cops are still trying to find the baby’s mother, who is believed to have only given birth recently, after the tragic infant was discovered on Talbot Road in Notting Hill, shortly before 1pm yesterday.
