THE results of President Donald Trump's annual physical are in – and docs say he is fully fit to serve as Commander in Chief.

At 78, Trump is the oldest person ever to take be elected president, but he chirped ahead of the exam: “I have never felt better.”

Ahead of his exam at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Trump wrote on Truth Social, ‘I have never felt better.'

His physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, gave him a full once-over at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

In the report published on Sunday, the doctor concluded Trump was well-oiled and in good nick.

Barbabella said that the billionaire's active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being.

The results showed he has dropped 20 pounds since his last presidential physical in 2020.

He clocked in at 244lb, but is now a cool 224lb.

The exam summary also noted that Trump previously had cataract surgery.

A common procedure among aging people, the surgery typically involves removing a cloudy eye lens and replacing it with an artificial lens to help clear up vision.

The physical health and mental acuity of America's leader became a focal point in the 2024 election as former President Joe Biden and Trump were the two oldest major-party presidential candidates in US history.

Biden, 82, got the brunt of criticism for his age and was forced to drop his reelection bid after a dismal debate performance against Trump where he stumbled through his answers.

Trump, 78, was also rebuked, mostly by Democrats, for his physical, but mainly his mental, fitness.

The president has been pretty tight-lipped about his physical health.

After Trump's right ear was grazed by a bullet in an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania campaign rally last July, his campaign simply said he was doing “fine.”

Trump's last physical during his first term was released in June 2020.

His doctor at the time, Sean Conley, said Trump “remains healthy.”

Trump also shared a letter from physician Bruce Aronwald in November 2023 about his health.

Aronwald said Trump's “overall health is excellent” and that he shed some weight through an “improved diet and continued physical activity.”

Trump is known for his love of McDonald's and Diet Coke and while he does play a ton of golf, he is not seen participating in other forms of exercise on a regular basis.

In 2018, a White House doctor reported that Trump needed to lose weight and start daily exercising.
