Hearn, who also represents stars including Anthony Joshua, posed between the two fighters in a sharp dark suit.

His stylish get-up comes after revealing he has already lost 10kg this year.

Hearn admits food has always been the problem for him, with gruelling exercises and long runs a walk in the park.

But after getting his nutrition under control, while also going teetotal, Hearn is reaping the rewards of his new lifestyle.

He told Men’s Health: “I’ve changed my training routine and I’ve been more focused on what I’ve been eating.

“Food is the problem for me, not training. I’ve run a marathon, and I run three or four times a week, no problem. Food is the big problem, and I’ve got on top of that.

“I’ve also stopped drinking which has been a game changer as well.

“I’ve lost about 10 kilos now so I’ve still got a long way to go.”

Meanwhile, unbeaten Taylor is confident of making it 22 in a row against fellow unbeaten opponent Carbajal.

Sitting next to Hearn on Thursday, she said: “I still really honestly believe the best is yet to come.

“I don’t live in past performances or past successes, but I do genuinely believe people haven’t seen the best of me.

“I don’t find it difficult to motivate myself. I understand the challenge ahead of me.

“There are no easy fights at this stage in my career – she has everything to gain in this fight and nothing to lose.”
