EPL: Fulham must move on from Chelsea defeat – Iwobi

Published on April 21, 2025 at 03:47 PM

Alex Iwobi has said it is important for Fulham to move from the defeat to Chelsea, DAILY POST reports.

Marco Silva's side lost 2-1 to their fellow Londoners at the Craven Cottage on Sunday.

Iwobi put the home team ahead with a sublime finish in the first half.

The versatile midfielder has 14 goals contributions (nine goals and five assists) in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea, however, rallied to win the game courtesy of two late goals from substitute Tyrique George and Pedro Neto.

Iwobi declared that the Whites must shift attention to their upcoming fixtures.

“Head Up. Go Again,” the Nigeria international wrote on X.

Fulham will be away to already relegated Southampton in their next league game on Saturday.
