BARGAIN hunters are racing to a little-known discount store for branded beauty buys scanning for pennies.

Among are Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion and Micellar Water, as well as Dove Rich Nourishment Cream and Clean & Clear Facial Cleansing Bar.
