Published on October 28, 2022 at 01:12 PM

ARSENAL and Monza defender Pablo Mari has spoken for the first time since being stabbed in Milan.

The Spaniard was amongst those taken to hospital after an attack on five people in a supermarket.

Monza CEO Adriano Galliani has since confirmed that the defender will make a full recovery and has spoken to him since the incident.

Elsewhere, Prince William will not travel to watch England in the World Cup amid growing concerns over Qatar’s human rights record.

As President of the FA, the royal was expected to attend games but it has now been confirmed that he has no plans to travel to the Middle East next month for the tournament.
