Acting on a tip-off from local forest hunters, police operatives in Tafa, Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State, arrested a suspected kidnapper on April 10, 2025.

The suspect, identified as Isa Ibrahim, a 30-year-old resident of Bwari in the Federal Capital Territory, was apprehended in Gidan Abe Village after the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) swiftly dispatched a patrol team based on credible intelligence.

Police sources confirmed to Zagazola Makama that Ibrahim is currently in custody and has been cooperating with investigators by providing useful information.

Authorities have indicated that the case will be handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation and possible prosecution.
