Emergency services were called to the A2990 but she tragically died at the scene after suffering multiple injuries, including a broken neck.

Today, a coroner ruled the death was “one-of-a-kind” after an inquest heard the motorist was driving below the speed limit.

“I was listening to the radio and driving, then she was there.

“Before I knew it, she was on the bonnet before I braked.”; he said in a police statement, Kent Online reported.
