SHE may be TV's golden girl, but Holly Willoughby is certainly not afraid to get candid when it comes to her sex life.

While the Dancing on Ice host, 44, is often prim and proper when she graces our TV screens, the blonde beauty has been surprisingly honest over the years about what really goes down in the bedroom between her and her producer husband Dan Baldwin, 50.

The pair tied the knot at the 900-year-old Amberley Castle in Sussex back in 2007 and despite being married for almost two decades, it seems that the spark has certainly not vanished between this pair.

The TV presenter hit headlines just last week, after news that ITV are losing their grip on her as she could become the new Cilla Black as she eyes up a series of telly deals worth £10million.

And now, as Holly’s time on ITV’s This Morning becomes a distant memory and she is poised to start a new chapter in her career, featuring lucrative deals with the streamers – including a second series of her Netflix reality competition Celebrity Bear Hunt – here what we look at what really goes on behind the scenes for this busy mum.

Holly and Dan exchanged their vows and tied the knot on 4th August 2007 in a very emotional celebration that left the bride ‘in tears’ all day.

And whilst Holly's wedding day looked gorgeous, it turns out that the broadcaster opted for something a little more daring underneath her gorgeous gown.

Holly recently got candid on her saucy wedding day outfit, as she revealed on her website Wylde Moon.

The author admitted: “It's obviously very important to get your underwear right under your wedding dress, and even more so with a backless dress.

“My amazing dressmaker had a vintage pattern for a bunny girl outfit.

“She adapted a 1960's original bunny girl corset by cutting the back so low, it didn't show.”

Holly then joked: “She even made me a fluffy tail – but I’m not sure that ever saw the light of day!”

In addition to her cheeky wedding day lingerie, Holly once gave an intimate insight into the “saucy games”; she plays with her husband, including what she likes to wear in the bedroom.

The TV beauty shared that she spices it up between the sheets by wearing six-inch killer heels.

In a candid interview, she explained that this “kinky”; habit doubles up as a sneaky trick to break in new shoes.

Holly even has a “rule”; that she has to wear new pairs “during the sex act”; before venturing outside the house in them.

She told the Daily Star: “I love wearing new shoes during sex ‒ and not just because it’s kinky.

“I’m not a foot fetishist or anything, and I do enjoy saucy games with my hubby, but I have found the best way to break in new shoes is to wear them during sex.”;

As well as this, she explained: “It’s become a sort of rule whenever I get a new pair of shoes.

When Holly Willoughby finally announced her departure from This Morning in October 2023 it felt almost like a crescendo. After her feud with Phillip Schofield, dealing with the revelation about his workplace relationship, months of speculation, a lacklustre return to the daytime show and a horrendous kidnap plot it seemed like her own departure was almost a relief.

She made her return to TV on Dancing On Ice, a show that first shot her to superstardom that she knew inside and out. This was combined with a long-standing colleague from her days in children's TV to serve as her co-host in the form of Stephen Mulhern. It was a safe and steady bet for the star that placed emphasis on the continuity of her career despite unprecedented challenges.

She was previously announced as one of the hosts for a new jungle challenge show for Netflix called Bear Hunt. The streamer reportedly spent £1million on a ‘ring of steel' security detail made up of ex-special forces and former ­military guns to protect her against drug gangs and kidnappers. We are still yet to see this show but with contestants such as Mel B, Shirley Ballas and Steph McGovern it is sure to be a must-watch.

But You Bet! feels like a proper homecoming for the star as she returns to ITV with her first new format since she left This Morning. Her partnership with Stephen Mulhern will continue and the new show could cement them as the new golden hosting couple of the most popular commercial broadcaster. Huge names like Olly Murs and Harry Redknapp will only bolster their star power and viewers will surely love the on-screen reunion with her former colleague and BFF Alison Hammond. Plus, you cannot go wrong with a beloved TV game show format from the 90s. The BBC can attest to this with the success of Gladiators.

On paper, this news has all the qualities for a major success and maybe it will be the show to usher in a new era for Holly Willoughby.

Not only does she wear her high heels in the bedroom, but Holly, who posed as a ‘sexy goddess’ TV model before getting her break in the S Club 7 movie, also previously revealed that she likes to turn on her beau by going out wearing nothing but a coat.

Holly, who gets turned on by seeing her husband be a good dad to their three kids, confessed: “For a hot date night, I’d wear a coat with nothing on underneath.”;

But that’s not all, as Holly, who has 8.3 million loyal fans on Instagram, also added that she also sometimes dresses up in a super sexy costume for Dan.

She continued: “I also like the sexy secretary look.”;

No knickers allowed

Similar to this, Holly has previously confirmed what she wears to bed – and there’s no knickers in sight.

During a racy This Morning segment, Holly squirmed after being forced to admit she doesn't wear knickers to bed.

Instead, the blonde spilled the beans on her nighttime routine and claimed that she wears just “a big T-shirt”;.

After being probed by her co-star Phillip Schofield as to whether she wears pants under her pyjamas, she yelled: “I would wear a big T-shirt...No pants! No pants!”;

She then begged: “Stop making me say ‘no pants’ on the TV!”;

The no-go zone

Whilst Holly doesn’t hold back when it comes to what she likes in the bedroom, she has also revealed what she doesn’t like either.

On an episode of Celebrity Juice back in 2018, where she was a team captain along with Fearne Cotton, 43, Holly shared some very naughty confessions, usually triggered by host Keith Lemon, 51.

During a challenge in one episode, Holly had to sit on a jolting chair and answer questions under time pressure.

When asked, “Three different things you like in your mouth?”; Holly blurted back: “I like chocolate, and I like fruit, and I like wine.”;

And when asked by Keith for things she “wouldn’t put up her a**s”;, Holly replied: “Your k**b, a butt plug and a carrot.”;

‘Love' making babies but never a ‘fountain'

Also on Celebrity Juice, Holly left viewers blushing when she admitted that she has never ‘squirted‘ during sex.

During an extremely explicit episode, host Keith decided to question her about her bedroom antics.

When asked, “Do you like making babies?”, Holly replied: “I love making babies!”

But Keith then took things further, as he questioned whether Holly could make a “fountain”.

To this, Holly asked, “Do you mean squirting?”

Moments later, she confirmed: “I have not done that. I don’t think it’s real.”

Reaching a climax

As Holly transformed into the UK’s answer to Gwyneth Paltrow, 52, on a blog post back in 2023, Holly pulled in sex expert Sarah Mulindwa to write about “orgasm anxiety”; – and included a joke about “shagging the Duke from Bridgerton”;.

Writing to readers, Holly’s blog said: “We’re all friends here, so I’m going to get straight to it; do you ever find yourself feeling frustrated, stressed, or anxious because you just can’t seem to reach orgasm?”;

It then continued: “It seems like we’re constantly surrounded by TV shows, film scenes and stories of everybody having a fantastic sex life, doesn’t it?

“When a show or a film has a scripted sex scene with a straight couple, all it seems to take is a man unzipping his fly for a woman to start to feel herself in the throes of orgasm, which, to be fair, could be a reasonable representation of shagging the Duke from Bridgerton...”;

The quip was referring to Brit heart-throb Regé-Jean Page, 37, who plays the Duke of Hastings in the Netflix drama.

Citing research which claims only some 50 per cent of women reach climax during sex, Holly's blog said that anxiety is holding people back.

It read: “It’s that nagging feeling in the back of your mind that tells you you’re not doing something right or you’re broken because you can’t reach orgasm like everyone else seems to.

“It’s the pressure you put on yourself to perform, the fear of disappointing yourself or your partner, and generally being so distracted during sex you’ll never end up reaching orgasm anyway . . .  and so the cycle continues.”;

It concluded: “But, sweet friends, there is no such thing as ‘normal’ when it comes to orgasms,”; before introducing Love Honey’s sex expert Sarah Mulindwa to give top tips.

Let's talk about sex

But while Holly isn’t a stranger to racy sex confessions, she once refused to talk about her sex life on This Morning, after Real Housewives star Dawn Ward, 51, said she and her husband Ashley have sex three times a week.

When asked how often she is intimate with Dan, Holly wasn’t keen to set the facts straight, but did however say that she talks openly about her bedroom habits with her friends.

Holly acknowledged: “I am not part of this. This is not something anyone needs to know.

“I can be honest with my friends but I am not going to talk about this on air.”;
