IT'S the powder that's gone viral thanks to its blurring effects – but it'll also set you back £35.

So it's no wonder beauty fans are racing to their nearest Superdrug to nab a £4.99 of the Huda Beauty favourite.

Katie is one of them, and took to TikTok to share a comparison video, as she did one side of her face with the Huda and one with Collection's Filter Finish.

“Look, I know what you're thinking, how can a compare to a £35 powder?” she began the video.

“Let me show you.”

Holding up the Huda powder, which she had in the shade Pound Cake, Katie continued: “Everyone knows and loves this powder and don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore it.

“It blurs my under eyes and makes them look completely flawless, so I get it.”

“Just look how smooth that's made my under eye!” she gasped, as she did one side of her face with the Huda option.

However, Katie then insisted that the Collection powder, which she nabbed in Translucent, “does just as good a job for a fraction of the price”.

Doing the other side with the budget dupe, she added: “It might actually be even more smoothing and blurring than the Huda side and it definitely gives more coverage as well.”

But Katie also pleaded with people not to sell out her “beauty secret”, as she admitted: “

“I don't even know why I'm telling you my secrets because I don't want this powder to sell out,” she said.

“I'm going to have to run and stock up!

“Once people realise how good this powder is, I know it's going to be impossible to get.

“I absolutely love but for price point and how it performs, I'd pick Collection any day.”

The comments section was almost immediately filled with people keen to get their hands on the Collection powder to try out, with one writing: “I love the Huda one but the scent irritates my eyes.

“Will have to try this Collection one!”

“You’ve just influenced me...” another admitted.

“Ok that looks SO good!!” a third praised.

“What about the longevity? That’s one good thing about Huda,” someone else asked.

To which Katie replied: “I don’t find it creases throughout the day.”

“Ordered it!” another laughed.
