KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “Pump Up the Healthy Love”; has revealed three key reasons why viewers should get excited for its premiere!
“Pump Up the Healthy Love”; is a romantic comedy starring Lee Jun Young as passionate gym owner Do Hyun Joong, a former bodybuilding champion who drastically changes the lives of his gym members. Apink’s Jeong Eun Ji will play Lee Mi Ran, an assistant manager at a travel agency who joins his gym to get over a recent breakup.

Rediscovering the gym
Set in a gym, this new drama will immerse viewers in the world of fitness. Do Hyun Joong is a passionate gym owner, while Lee Mi Ran is a fitness newbie with little exercise experience. To prepare for their roles, Lee Jun Young worked out regularly to build his physique, while Jeong Eun Ji followed a strict workout and diet plan to gain and lose weight. Their dramatic transformations, showcased in before-and-after photos, have garnered significant attention.
Meanwhile, Lee Jun Young and Jeong Eun Ji’s chemistry is expected to be a highlight of the show.
