Published on April 29, 2025 at 06:29 AM

The Adamawa State Government has approved the recruitment of 4,000 new employees into the state’s civil service workforce.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri CON directed the State Civil Service Commission to open an online recruitment portal to facilitate the exercise. The application window will officially open at midnight on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and will close on May 12, 2025.

The recruitment is aimed at filling vacancies across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in the state. Eligible applicants must possess the relevant academic and professional qualifications and are required to present original copies of their credentials during the interview process.

Candidates who participated in the previously suspended interview exercise are encouraged to reapply.

Governor Fintiri reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving the living standards of citizens, particularly the youth, by prioritizing job creation and reducing unemployment.

“This initiative is part of efforts to empower the younger generation, foster economic development, and ensure that no one is left idle,”; the Governor stated.

The government emphasized that the recruitment drive reflects its dedication to the welfare, empowerment, and sustained economic growth of Adamawa State.

Interested applicants are advised to submit their applications through the official portal: https://csc.ad.gov.ng.

The announcement was made by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Humwashi Wonosikou, on April 28, 2025.
