Adamawa suspends monthly sanitation over JAMB exam

The Adamawa State Government has suspended its monthly sanitation exercise for the month of April to allow free movement for those taking part in this year's JAMB examination.

The sanitation exercise for this month in Adamawa State falls on Saturday, April 26, which coincides with the date fixed for the conduct of JAMB examination.

The state government said in a notice on Friday that it is suspending the monthly exercise for the month of April “due to the conduct of JAMB examinations at the various centers across the country.”

The suspension notice, issued by the state Ministry of Environment, specified, “There will be NO restriction of movement.”

The notice which was personally signed by the Commissioner for Environment, Mohammed Sadiq, added, “The Government urges the general public to continue maintaining a clean environment while our staff will proceed with their routine activities.”
