Bandits invade Maigora town in Katsina, kill one, abduct two girls

Bandits stormed Maigora town in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State on Tuesday night, killing one person, injuring another, and abducting two girls in a fresh wave of violence.

The attack was confirmed in a post on Wednesday by security analyst Bakatsine on X.

“Yesterday night, bandits invaded Maigora town in Faskari LGA of Katsina State, they killed one person, injured another one and abducted two girls during the invasion,”; Bakatsine wrote.

Security agencies have not issued a formal statement on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
