SHOPPERS are racing to get their hands on free Cadbury Mini Eggs from a major high street chain.

Three customers on its Three+ loyalty scheme can pick up the cracking via the firm's app.

Three+ rewards scheme customers can get Cadbury freebies until April 21

Savvy savers can get 80g bags of Mini Eggs or 110g Mini Egg Chocolate Blocks ahead of Easter from shops.

Customers have to open a rewards code via the app and then scan it at tills in-store.

The free chocolates are available from WHSmith high street, hospital, railway and motorway service station branches.

You won't be able to get the freebies at outlet, by WHSmith at Selfridges, , Arnotts & Fenwicks, garden centre stores or via the WHSmith website.

Meanwhile, stock is limited and the offer runs until just April 21 so you'll need to be quick.

Details of the deal were recently posted on the HotUKDeals website, with shoppers keen to snap up the freebies.

One said: “HOT!!!! Just picked up a bag at a railway station shop.”

Another posted: “Brilliant. Thanks for posting. Hubby's with Three so will look tomorrow.”

A third chipped in: “Got mine thanks. Two bags of Mini Eggs and Two Chocolate Bars.”

But the cut-price eggs are only on offer until April 21 so you'll have to be quick.

From tomorrow, Aldi is also dropping the price of some of its veg to 15p and its 1kg bags of carrots to 8p.

Lidl and Sainsbury's customers can also get Sunday roast essentials for 15p from tomorrow and Wednesday, respectively.
