“The name of my first nomination is Michael,” Chris began.

“He has so much charisma and he makes me laugh, but just sometimes he uses words which were left in the past and it can make you feel slightly uncomfortable at times.”

Confused fans took to X, formerly Twitter, to question what language Michael had used that could be deemed offensive.

“‘Words that were left in the past’ has Michael been using slurs too??” asked one person.

Another added: “What are these words left in the past?”

But another person wondered if Chris was actually referring to Mickey after his run-in with JoJo.

Flying Eze contacted CBB representatives by email for comment on Friday afternoon.

Chris intervened when Mickey was using inappropriate language to JoJo and went to comfort the 21-year-old American singer after the Mickey had been called to the diary room for his reprimand.

“You can’t do that Mickey,” Chris told the veteran actor after his comments to JoJo.

Chris tells the actor: “Mickey, you can’t say that.”
