Jude Bellingham is their No.1 target, but they’re likely to face stiff competition from the likes of Real Madrid and Liverpool for his signature.

Declan Rice remains on their list, but the West Ham star’s future is set to be decided in the summer.

The Blues are also hoping to secure a January swoop for Fernandez, while The Athletic claim they’re interested in several others in that position.

Argentina team-mate Alexis Mac Allister is also on their wish list along with Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia, who they targeted in the recent summer window.

Meanwhile, they could make a second attempt to sign Ajax man Edson Alvarez, who they tried to swoop for on deadline day when Thomas Tuchel was manager,

But in terms of outgoings, the report claims that this could be Jorginho’s final year at Stamford Bridge.
