CHELSEA are set for a revamp in midfield with World Cup star Enzo Fernandez amongst SIX transfer targets.

But in terms of outgoings, the report claims that this could be Jorginho’s final year at Stamford Bridge.

The Italy international is out of contract at the end of the season and wants a return to Serie A.
