A US fast food chain that has been branded “better than KFC” to open first UK sites as it confirms plans to open 900 branches.
Church's Chicken has confirmed it is “setting its sights” on Britain as part of its growth plans.

Church's currently has 1,400 across 22 countries, including and Iraq.
But bosses are now looking to expand further and are targeting 900 locations across the globe.

Roland Gonzalez, chief ofChurch’s Texas ChickenandTexas Chicken, said: “The European QSR market is evolving rapidly, driven by a growing demand for convenience and quick-service restaurant options.
“We see huge potential to bring theTexas Chickenexperience to new guests across the continent, and this is just the beginning.”;
American diners have raved about the brand's fried chicken and biscuits, which is a savoury bread in the UK served with meals.
Some have even gone as far as to say it taste better than KFC,
Taking to one impressed customer said: “I gotta say it was the best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time.
“Better than and KFC..the biscuits, sides, everything was just way better.”
While another person said: “Church’s is HELLA underrated. Super good food for an affordable price.”
It is one of many US fast food joints ramping up its presence in the UK.

The famous fried chicken brand that it would launch in Northern , Leeds, , and .
The chain briefly touched down with a temporary pop-up in Reading back in 2019.
The restaurant opened inside an Applegreen service station in Lisburn, County Antrim, on the Lisburn South motorway.
The petrol station provider already has a partnership with Chick-fil-A restaurants in the US.
