A CORONATION Street couple is set for a heart breaking split after devastating news is revealed.
The fallout leaves their plans for the future in tatters and their loving bond shattered.



Debbie Webster () has her life changed forever in upcoming episodes,
And she reacts to the by pushing partner Ronnie Bailey () away.
Over the past few months, Debbie has been experiencing worrying problems with her.
They have been small moments that she’s known aren’t quite right, like putting her purse in the fridge and forgetting things.
But she never really considered they’d be as a result of something like and put it down to something like the menopause.
However, Debbie visited a doctor recently and discovered there’s a chance she might have young-onset which left her stunned and frightened.
But she put a brave face on and asked Ronnie to marry her – which he happily accepted – he has asked her first.
However, in upcoming episodes, she receives confirmation of her shocking diagnosis.
Ahead of her appointment, Debbie is forced to swerve a lunch date with Ronnie.
And she fails to tell him that she’s going to the hospital with Carl ().
When they arrive, Debbie and Carl listen as the neurologist confirms that Debbie has vascular dementia.
But they tell her that as long as she leads a healthy lifestyle, she can carry on as normal for the time being.
A shocked Debbie makes it clear to her brother that she wants to keep her diagnosis to herself for now, and isn’t ready to tell the family.
When she arrives home, Debbie has to put on a façade as Ronnie tells her that he’s put in an offer at Number 6.
But as the week continues, things look set to end badly for Debbie and Ronnie,
As she is seen calling round to the Bailey household with her partner’s belongings.
Debbie tries to tell a heartbroken Ronnie that he’s done nothing wrong and that she’s the problem.
