A CORONATION Street star has slammed the soap's new love triangle storyline by saying ‘give it a rest'.

“Please give That story a rest! In all my circle of friends thru all the yrs, I've Never known That situ happen!”

“And I play Kevin Webster’s brother. I remember watching Kevin Webster when I was a teenager and then to suddenly be doing scenes with him is surreal.”;
