A DIY enthusiast has given her kitchen a mega makeover and people can’t believe it’s a council property.

Eager to share a before and after look of her , Emma took to , leaving many gobsmacked.
Posting on DIY On A Budget, a private group with 2.2 million members, Emma uploaded a snap of her once very dark .
She also posted a picture of her after its overhaul – and we think it looks fabulous.
Alongside her post, Emma beamed: “Quite proud of myself. Little kitchen makeover.”;
Emma confirmed that she didn’t ask the council for permission to , but explained: “I used sage from Wilko. It gets very sticky – use a small foam roller for best results.
“Floor is just [from] Amazon – for a pack of 40 for £75.”;
As well as stick-on tiles, Emma also nabbed her black kitchen cupboard handles from Amazon.
Thanks to purse-friendly buys, this savvy woman was also to up her space.
Not only has she added style to her , but it’s now super trendy too.
Emma confirmed to that she spent roughly £250 on her .
She told us: “I love a bright space and had been meaning to do it for some time.
“[I was] bored of the old council kitchen colours.”;
