DEATH in Paradise fans have gone wild as they spot a link between Ben Miller's Austin and Return to Paradise spin-off show.

In Return to Paradise, DI Clarke returns to Dolphin Cove after years in ‘s while she waits to hear what is happening to her career in after being accused of evidence tampering.

Without a clear idea on what she will do next, she is given a chance by Philomena, the sergeant in charge in Dolphin Cove.

There she reunites with several people from her past, including Glenn, the ex she was set to marry and the two have to more forward and work together.

According toWalesOnline, a fan posted: “I'm watching the new Ben Miller show Austin.

“There is a character called Barman Luke. The character is played by Tai Hara, who also plays Glenn Strong in Paradise. Glenn is Mac's ex-fiance.”

Tai is also known for roles in Colin From Accounts, and Madame Secretary.

Return to Paradiseand follows socially awkward Detective Sergeant Mackenzie Clarke (Anna Samson).

Aussie-born Mackenzie returned Down Under to solve baffling murder cases – while pining to be back in the UK.

Viewers will be thrilled to learn filming for the second series is currently underway in Australia.

It comes as series one ended on a cliffhanger – with Mackenzie overhearing her ex-fiancé Glenn (Tai Hara) saying he still loves her.

The new episodes will also feature an iconic returning guest star from.

Ardal O'Hanlon will be back as Jack Mooney – having in series one of Return to Paradise.

The star was the lead on from 2017 to 2020 – before handing over to as Neville Parker.

Other returning cast members include Lloyd Griffith as Detective Senior Constable Colin Cartwright, as well as Tai Hara as Glenn Strong.

Also coming back are Catherine McClements, CeliaIreland, Andrea Demetriades and Aaron McGrath.
