EPL: Arsenal delay Liverpool’s title party with 4-0 win at Ipswich

Arsenal have ensured that Liverpool's wait to be crowned champions will continue for at least another week, after they thrashed Ipswich Town 4-0 on Sunday.

The Gunners travelled to Portman Road 13 points behind the Premier League leaders.

And Mikel Arteta's men raced into a two-goal lead in the first half, to take full control of the game.

Leandro Trossard squeezed in a low cross that trickled in from Bukayo Saka, before Gabriel Martinelli ghosted in at the back post to double Arsenal's lead.

The hosts were reduced to 10 men before the break, as Leif Davis saw red for a tackle on Saka.

Trossard grabbed his brace in the second half, while substitute Ethan Nwaneri also got on the scoresheet.

The result takes Arsenal to 59 points, 10 less than Liverpool, who are away to Leicester City in the late kick-off.
