Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has predicted the outcome of this weekend's Premier League matches.

The Premier League continues this weekend with Manchester City playing Crystal Palace as the Cityzens fight to keep hopes of top four finish alive.

Citizens last Premier League outing ended in a 0-0 draw against city rivals Manchester United.

And Merson noted that a lot of players in this Manchester City team are now low on confidence.

However, the Englishman is backing City to win by a slender margin, but added that it could also end in a 1-1 draw.

Here are Merson's predictions for this weekend's matches:

Manchester City 2-1 Crystal Palace

Southampton 1-3 Aston Villa

Nottingham Forest 1-0
Everton

Brighton 3-0 Leicester City

Arsenal 2-1 Brentford

Chelsea 3'0 Ipswich Town

Wolves 2-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Liverpool 3-1 West Ham United

Newcastle United 2-0 Manchester United

Newcastle United 2-0 Manchester United

Bournemouth 1-2 Fulham

What an incredible result it was for Fulham last week. They are now back in the race to get a European berth in my opinion. Before the win over Liverpool, it seemed like they had hit a bit of a lull. Now that they are back on track, this is a huge football match they must win.

Merson believes that Bournemouth have been struggling recently hence his prediction for a victory for Fulham who defeated Liverpool 3-2 last weekend.
