Gene Hackman’s final autopsy revealed

The official autopsy results for Oscar Award-winning actor, Gene Hackman, has been released.

It detailed Hackman's medical history two months after he and his wife died inside their home.

The results was published by the Office of the Medical Investigator in New Mexico.

Despite no suspicion of foul play after their bodies were discovered, however a search warrant affidavit deemed their deaths were “suspicious enough in nature to require a thorough search and investigation”;.

The 95-year-old had a “history of congestive heart failure” and “severe chronic hypertensive changes, kidneys”.

It also disclosed that Hackman had a “bi-ventricular pacemaker” since April 2019 and “neurodegenerative features consistent with Alzheimer's Disease”.

The documents stated that “Remote myocardial infarctions were present involving the left ventricular free wall and the septum, which were significantly large.

“Examination of the brain showed microscopic findings of advanced stage Alzheimer's disease.”

However, Hackman tested negative for Hantavirus. His Betsy Arakawa was ruled to have been killed by the rat-borne disease.

Betsy was 65.
