A BODY has been found in a ditch in mysterious circumstances with the road urgently closed in both direction.
Cops were called to a Lincolnshire village early this morning after receiving reports of a body in Spalding Road, Bourne.
The call was received just before 3.30am today and an investigation is now ongoing.
Cops said at this stage the death is being treated as unexplained.
The age and gender of the victim has not been confirmed and police tape has been put up to cordon off the scene.
There will be a police presence in the area while the investigation continues.
