According to the experts at Gold Coast Dermatology, the strong anti-oxidants present in garlic help in reducing the free radical build up in the skin thus keeping it firm and youthful.

It also contains sulphur, which helps the body to produce collagen – which in turn helps in fighting wrinkles and fine lines.

Garlic also contains a large number of skin-protective polyphenols.

Meanwhile, honey can hydrate your skin, boost collagen production, fight acne, and improve overall skin texture – and it works wonders when applied directly to the face too.

Since being posted on the platform – where Vicky regularly shares anti-ageing tips and tips under @vicky.derosa – the clip has racked up close to 500k views.
