JEREMY Clarkson left a superfan in floods of tears with a touching tribute to his late father.
The former star has returned to motoring TV as he took part in the National Geographic show, Car S.O.S.

He used to present the BBC show as well as on Prime alongside and .
Now , 64, once again brought his signature wit and no-nonsense charm to a very special motoring show while at at his famous farm, Diddly Squat.
Tim Shaw and Fuzz Townshend returned to the airwaves to restore a very special vehicle.
James from Cambridgeshire owns a Land Rover Discovery that once belonged to his father Jim as the family car.
Unfortunately, Jim passed away five years ago and the car has been stored in a field since his death.
Since then, the parts have been stripped away and the metal structure was suffering from rust.
His mother, Kate, emphasised the sentimental value of the SUV, saying: “To James, the car is better than any photograph of his dad, because that car is his dad.
“They argued [in it], slept in it, they ate in it, it's just been a brilliant car and it's a family friend.”
Both of the experts restored the car to its former glory and planned to surprise James on Jeremy's famous farm.
It just so happens that James has been a massive fan of the former Grand Tour host for years and was visiting in Oxfordshire for a VIP tour.
Presenter Tim hid in the boot of the car as Jeremy pulled up in the restored jeep, and James immediately broke down in tears.
He told that he recognised the car as his dad's straight away, despite Jezza's insistence that he just bought it.
It was even disguised with a fake personalised numberplate with the star's surname on it.
But before long, Tim emerged from his hiding place and the rest of his nearest and dearest also made their way out from a nearby disguised barn to be part of the surprise.
Jeremy brought his signature sarcasm to the programme as he then joked: “Now if we could just stop the blubbing, we have a serious problem, I need your help with the groundwork.”
“We got the water coming down there and we dug a French drain in there to get it into that field.”
James said he would need two weeks to help solve the problem, as Jeremy once again feigned disappointment.

Car S.O.S. Airs at 8pm on April 10 on National Geographic.
