SINGER Joss Stone is selling her childhood family home in Devon home for just £895,000 – complete with a recording studio.
The former teen soul sensation, 38, rented out after moving to Nashville, Tennessee, with American boyfriend .



But has now put the property on the market and looks to have found a buyer as it is currently under offer. And it comes with 8.3 acres of land available by separate negotiation.
You Had Me singer Joss grew up in the house, near Cullompton, and bought it from her parents for £625,000 in 2007 when they divorced.
The 3,128 sq.ft property boasts a country kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams and brick, bespoke cabinetry and a wood-burning stove.
It also features a colourful tiled bath, a grand piano, a two-bedroom annexe and another studio.
The house is described by posh estate agents as a “unique and beautiful home offering a wonderful blend of period charm and modern living.
In a sales listing, they say: “Nestled within a picturesque, rural setting, the property exudes warmth and character alongside numerous unique interior features.

Two years after buying the house, in 2009, Joss was given the go-ahead by planners to build a boundary wall and entrance gates to boost her security and privacy.
She was also granted planning permission for a recording studio.
