SIR Keir Starmer today insisted he's “really pleased” with the Supreme Court trans ruling and declared a woman is an “adult female”.
Commenting on the for the first time, the PM said he welcomes having “real clarity” on the issue.

Sir Keir and even said that one in every thousand women can have a penis.
But back from his Easter this morning, he said that “a woman is an adult female, and the has made that absolutely clear”.
The PM added: “I actually welcome the judgement because I think it gives real clarity.
“It allows those that have got to draw up guidance to be really clear about what that guidance should say.
“So I think it's important that we see the judgement for what it is. It's a welcome step forward.
“It's real clarity in an area where we did need clarity, I'm pleased it's come about.
“We need to move and make sure that we now ensure that all guidance is in the right place according to that judgement.”
It came as Equalities Minister Bridget Phillipson indicated that trans women should use male loos in the wake of the ruling.
Ms Phillipson said the law is clear that “services should be accessed on the basis of biological sex”.
The statement marked a change in tone from last year, when the Education Secretary suggested Labour would make it easier to change gender and allow people with a gender recognition certificate to “use female toilets”.
But Ms Phillipson added: “Many businesses have moved towards unisex provision, or separate cubicles that can be used by anyone ... going to your local café, a local family café, chances are you’ll have one cubicle that’s self-contained, that can be used by anyone.”;
The Education Secretary also insisted the cabinet is united behind the , despite leaked messages showing some woke ministers are furious at the ruling.
She said: “I speak for the government on this matter, and I can be crystal clear with you that we welcome the ruling.”;
