Upcoming film “Big Deal”; has unveiled new stills of its cast!
“Big Deal”; follows the story of Pyo Jong Rok (Yoo Hae Jin), a chief financial officer who treats his soju company like family, and Choi In Bum (Lee Je Hoon), a profit-driven employee at a global investment firm. Set during the 1997 IMF financial crisis, the two clash over the future of Korea’s beloved national liquor.
The newly released press stills capture the film’s tension and the chemistry between its stars, including Yoo Hae Jin, Lee Je Hoon, Son Hyun Joo, Choi Young Joon, and Byron Mann. Each actor brings a unique presence and is said to have delivered a strong performance, building anticipation for their synergy.
In the film, Yoo Hae Jin plays Jong Rok, the warm-hearted and grounded CFO of Gukbo Group, who also happens to be a skilled distiller of soju. Meanwhile, Lee Je Hoon plays In Bum, a sharply dressed M&A expert focused solely on results. After meeting Jong Rok, the character of In Bum gradually begins to change as the story unfolds.
Son Hyun Joo plays Chairman Seok of Gukbo Group, while Choi Young Joon takes on the role of Koo Young Mo, the CEO of a law firm. Byron Mann appears as Gordon, a global division head. As their personal agendas collide, their interactions will add weight and intensity to the story.
“Big Deal”; is set to hit theaters on June 3.
