THE release clause of Manchester United and Chelsea target Liam Delap if Ipswich are relegated has been revealed.
Delap, 22, has impressed for the Tractor Boys despite the club's looming relegation from the Premier League.
His performances have sparked interest from a number of top clubs, including Man Utd and Chelsea.
And according to The Guardian, Delap will be available for as little as £30million if Ipswich are relegated.
